Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email Turtle Tunes Studio from the address connected to your account. Include your Sign in with Apple email, platform, or any other details that can help us locate the account.

Delete Directly in the App

  • Open Learn Spanish with Music.
  • Open Settings.
  • Select Delete My Data.
  • Review the warning and confirm Delete.

The in-app flow removes the Firebase authentication account and associated cloud profile and learning data that the app can identify.

What Is Deleted

  • Your Learn Spanish with Music authentication account.
  • Your cloud user profile and synchronized learning progress.
  • Associated streak, saved vocabulary, preferences, and song rating data held by us where linked to the account.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Data held independently by Apple, Google, or another provider is governed by that provider's policies.

Subscriptions Are Separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.

Processing Your Request

We may ask for limited additional information to verify the account and prevent unauthorized deletion. We process verified requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
